Oak Hall Companies was formed in 2012 for the purpose of creating a multifaceted real estate development company. Oak Hall Companies has a vast amount of experience in the Atlanta region and the southeastern United States developing land, retail shopping centers and medical centers. This work includes identifying the site, zoning, planning, engineering, site development and construction. Identifying great sites in the Atlanta region and elsewhere is just a part of the challenge in today’s competitive real estate market. Once a site is identified, zoning and land planning take great care and skill getting plans approved by local jurisdictions and community leaders. Oak Hall and its partners have decades of experience in zoning, planning and development that can see even the most difficult projects to a successful completion. In addition to Oak Hall’s development skills, Oak Hall has an internal construction staff to oversee a project’s predevelopment checklist, construction pricing, project planning, sub-contractor pricing, scheduling, construction and project completion. Having these ancillary services in-house gives Oak Hall an advantage in identifying site development and construction challenges early in the project’s planning stages.
