The primary focus of Oak Hall Companies is residential land development in key growth areas of metropolitan Atlanta. This development activity will be for the purpose of selling fully developed lots to national and large local builders in highly sought-after areas. The typical size of the developments will be 50 lots to 150 lots. Many of these developments will include upscale amenities packages. Our goal is to create unique living environments tailored to the characteristics of the land we are developing. Since the beginning of Oak Hall in 2012 over 750 entitled and developed lots have been developed and delivered.

Today’s residential market is rapidly changing with zoning restrictions, transportation issues and the growth of the active adult and millennial buyers. Oak Hall has well developed relationships with national and regional builders that rely on Oak Hall’s experience in the market to navigate development issues in local jurisdictions and to find the right site for our customer’s target market, whether it be for a millennial, young family or active adult community.

Oak Hall Companies, through its affiliate company, TerraCraft Homes LLC, will construct 20 to 25 homes annually. These homes are located within in-town neighborhoods of Atlanta and surrounding communities. TerraCraft constructs semi-custom homes that are individually fitted to the characteristics of the site and communities in which these homes are built. Each TerraCraft Home is created with a superior level of craftsmanship and has many unique features not found in most homes. Our goal is to create the highest quality home for the money.
