EDWARD PEASE

Ed Pease is Principal of Oak Hall Companies, LLC, a real estate development and investment firm. Mr. Pease is a seasoned and successful commercial real estate investor/ developer, with a proven track record of market analysis, site selection, pre-development, permitting, construction coordination, governmental issues, leasing and tenant relationships. Mr. Pease has more than two decades of experience investing in and developing freestanding retail developments, shopping centers and specialty medical centers.

Prior to OHC, he was a partner for eighteen years at Landstone LLC and Landstone Medical Properties, LLC. There, he developed projects for companies including Kroger, Food Lion, Home Depot, Lowe’s and Kmart. Additional developments included over twenty freestanding drug store locations, throughout the southeast. Tenants included CVS, Walgreen’s and Rite Aid. In addition to retail development, Landstone developed the largest suburban medical campus in Memphis, Tennessee, Wolf River Medical Office Complex.

Mr. Pease has served on several boards in Atlanta area. He currently serves on the board for World Mission Partners and Champions Community Foundation.

WILLIAM “TAD” BRASWELL

Tad Braswell is Principal of Oak Hall Companies, a real estate development and investment firm. Mr. Braswell has previously served as President of TND Development Corporation and Director of Development for Liberty Development Corporation. A native of Atlanta, he started his career as a registered landscape architect working in site development of industrial, commercial, civic and residential projects. His role rapidly expanded to include entitlements and rezoning, raising capital, investor management, project supervision, project estimating and more. Mr. Braswell has served on the task force to rewrite the DeKalb County, GA zoning code and served as the Chairman of the DeKalb Chapter of the Council for Quality Growth.

While at TND Development and Liberty Development, Tad was responsible for the construction of over 1000 lots in the metro Atlanta area. This was a combination of his own developments and fee developments for national homebuilders. Over Tad’s career in the residential development business, he has developed a vast network of relationships with key real estate brokers, contractors and national builders. Tad continues building on these relationships today.

Mr. Braswell is very involved with the Boy Scouts of America.

CHRIS WILSON

Chris Wilson, Vice President of Land Development, has held his position since joining Oak Hall in 2014. He brings over 20 years of experience working in the Atlanta market of real estate development to Oak Hall.

Chris began his career in 1997 with Beazer Homes as an assistant superintendent. He was quickly promoted to superintendent, and then on to area manager due to his talent in the field. In 2004, Chris was selected as Director of Land Development for the Georgia division of Beazer Homes.

As the economic climate of residential real estate changed in 2008, Chris repositioned as the Atlanta based South East Regional Manager of Capital Improvement projects for THS National, a multi-family development corporation out of Asheville, North Carolina.

Upon the the return of the residential real estate market in Atlanta, Chris returned to home building, accepting a position as Head of Construction for Rockhaven Homes in 2011. When given an opportunity to join Oak Hall in 2014, Chris readily came aboard.

Chris was awarded as Builder of the Year for Beazer Homes in 2003 & 2004. He was also chosen to lead the construction team for an Atlanta based production of “Extreme Home Makeover” in 2005, directing the construction of the largest home the Extreme Team had ever built.
